As a successful business leader David Ratcliff effectively integrates his business success with a deep passion for sustainable mission and raising up the next generation. David has been an active member of Bridge Church for more than 60 years and has been involved in youth leadership, administration, board, eldership and as mission pastor. He has been married for 45 years to Pamela, who regularly travels with David on mission trips. They have three married children who, with their partners, all serve God in mission. David regularly presents at international church events where he shares on raising up the next generation of leaders, sustainable mission and the importance of business people using their skills for mission. Since 2010, David has mobilized small groups of like-minded Australian men and women to teach at a business school for mission in India and Nepal. At the Kingdom Business school, young people with a heart for mission are trained to use business as a vehicle for achieving their vision while breaking the generational poverty cycle. It is through this involvement that David has seen first hand the negative impact of trafficking upon employment, dignity, respect and family wholeness. |
